  • 1. WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE PRICE?
    • The currency of the price is USD.

  • 2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHIMANO AND SRAM CASSETTES?
    • The only difference is with each SRAM purchase, an additional adapter will be included.

      The cassettes of Shimano and SRAM are exactly the same.

      For customers who require more adapters, please select from the available purchase options.

  • 3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
    • Please note that the following estimates start once your order leaves our store, not from the time the order is placed.

          Express Main Service (EMS) - estimated 3 to 7 business days

  • 5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    • 1.  Returns or exchanges are allowed for unused and saleable products with original packaging and hang tags intact.

      2.  Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

      3.  Sale merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

      4.  Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt via email or telephone.

      5.  Holiday season purchases can be returned until January 14 of the following year.

      6.  Customers should email info@recon.com.tw with photos of the products before returning them.

      7.  Customers should specify the reason for the return and include a copy of the original order packing slip with the return.

  • 6. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    • 1.   Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be packed and shipped the following Monday, except for holidays.

      2.   Orders placed on federal holidays will be packed and shipped on the following business day, except for weekends.

      3.   Orders placed and authorized by 12:00 PM EST on business days will be packed and shipped on the same day.

  • 7. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
    • 1. Duties, taxes, and other charges.

       

      Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges for international shipping are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing. 

       

      The courier will not return such a package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will retain the rights to deduct it from the initial refund amount.

       

      2. The estimated shipping time is NOT guaranteed

       

      It does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping courier may have with the package. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking.
